Thanks to Maya Chupkov and Proud Stutter for spearheading the campaign to have the City and County of San Francisco to be the first city in the US to recognize the 2nd week in May as Stuttering Awareness week. There will be a press conference on Tuesday May 3rd and an opportunity to speak with the SF Board of Supervisors about this momentous day. On behalf of the more than 8,000 people who stutter in San Francisco, Thank you SF Board of Supes!
