West Coast Stuttering Center provides speech services for stuttering to children, teens, and adults. We are a private-pay-only clinic, allowing us to serve all clients with highly personalized therapy despite current trends in managed care that place restrictions on reimbursement for therapy for stuttering. Although we do not bill insurance companies directly, we do provide support for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

West Coast Stuttering Center uses a convenient and secure credit card payment system. Cash payments can be accepted for in-person sessions.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes. Online therapy sessions are conducted using an end-to-end encrypted, HIPAA compliant tele-therapy platform, providing the highest level of security and confidentiality possible.

What are your COVID-19 procedures for in-person therapy?

Due to the changing recommendations regarding COVID-19, please contact me for more information.

Do you offer in-home services?

Yes. In-home services are available based on location. Bailey is happy to discuss this with you. Travel fees may apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

West Coast Stuttering Center has a 48-hour cancellation policy to avoid late cancellation fees. Exceptions are made for illness and emergencies as detailed in the practice policies that you consent to at the start of treatment.
